Here is someone's post from another blog, who mirrors EXACTLY how I now feel, and many others I personally know, concerning the appearance of TRUMP into this fight now....

-"... for the record, I supported the Tea Party even when I was still a registered demonRat. I know Trump donated to Charlie Christ, while people like me gave $$ to Rubio and Rand Paul...

I consider myself a consitututional conservative, but I am also practical in fighting the left, you have to first get elected, the messanger matters. Obama has to be kicked out in 2012!

If takes a Trump to do it, so be it. For congress, I will be supporting rock solid constittional conservatives like Rubio, especially staunch fiscal conservatives.

but the WH is another game, and I will be reregistering temporarily as a repub to vote for Trump, love Sarah Palin, but she will not be able to punch through the onslaught of establishment repubs and the corrupt dems, obots are stupid but they will come out in drives to vote against her, with Trump, heck many of these Obot drones will vote for Trump just because their beloved Messaih didn't close down Gitmo."

I hate to tell you but nobody except a few here even care what Mark Levin has to say. He can trash Trump all day but it doesn't matter. Tree, forest, noise...

I listen to a lot of talk radio and Fox TV. The only person of prominence who was talking about Obama’s past connections was Hannity. I never heard any other prominent radio or TV personality of any prominent politician get in the face of the Kenyan.

Point is Trump did no worse than any one else. I do not understand why so many here are attacking Trump. Why not just expound the virtues of your own preferred candidate in the spirit of Reagan’s 11th? Divided we fall, united we will stand. Let the debates and campaign pick a winner, and I for one will gladly and enthusiastically support whoever it is.

Bringing George Soros into the Trump story is paranoid baloney. Trump doesn't need Soros fer gosh sakes. This just illustrates how sick the anti-trump-bots have become. Every time a republican excites the people the FR crabs in the bucket start to clamber and pull them down. First Palin, now Trump, but they never have the integrity to say who they would prefer. Cowards all.

Not one republican politician was willing to acknowledge the obvious hardcore leftwing convictions of obama. Not one. That tower of talk-show integrity Bill Bennett used to hang up on callers who so much as said the S-word(socialist), much less marxist. No one else came any closer.

This is one factor in why a total Unknown was able to be elected President of the United States. While many of us here saw through the BS, we don't make opinions, or the news.

Your point that Trump is doing us all a favor by actually going on the attack is abolutely correct.

Still, there are good reasons for not trusting Trump. His "conversion" to conservatism is even more recent and less convincing than Romney's. If you have reservations about Romney, you should have even more reservations about Trump.

His history of campaign contributions, endorsements and political support is almost exclusively Democrat. From a business standpoint, we understand why. But has he never found a Republican whose ideology he shared and could support with a few bucks?

Moreover, his statements from the not-too-distant past overwhelmingly favor liberal politicians and the liberal agenda (e.g. national healthcare).

At best, Trump is politically naive. At worst, he is a stalking horse for the Clintons -- with whom he has had a close (and, presumably, profitable) relationship.

In any event, he's unlikely to ever be as serious a conservative as he claims to be.

Right now, he's the flavor-of-the-month -- because his celebrity, his visibility, the "outrageousness" of his claims and the media coverage all this generates. He's at the top of the "Trending Now" list. Where will he be next month?

If you're intrigued by his act, follow it. But examine his history and his views carefully before you commit to him. Which is exactly the advice I'm following myself with regard to Palin.

I think he’s so popular over on the wrong side of the tracks that he’ll get a pass.

Oh, plus I think he’s a trojan horse. The partisan media shills (including Colbert and SNL) treated McCain nice, too — until he was the nominee, then it was all Hate, all the time.

I will take Trump over Obama any time of the day. I have observed this dude a lot because I watch him on his Golf shows almost every week. I recently saw his entire meeting with his 100+ managers of his golf empire lasting an hour. I saw how took command of the meeting. I was impressed with his knowledge of every spectacular golf resorts including those in foreign countries. I saw how he has an imposing presence in a large group of highly paid managers. I saw how his subordinates adored him. I observed what a commanding speaker he is. I saw a very intelligent person in him. In short I saw a leader!

I also watched him on BOR & O’Reilley. I agree he is a political neophyte. But I liked his in your face style. I saw that he is not afraid of the media. I saw that he does not have a shrill voice or a mild mannered country club voice. He spoke about China which is a huge issue because we have lost millions of jobs to China. He spoke about Oil & OPEC. Another very important issue because people are discouraged and demoralized over energy prices doubling in 2 years. I heard his agenda for seniors. I heard his outlook on military.

I liked very much what I heard. I have not heard any such blunt talk from any of the professional politicians. Bachmann is the only one who comes close, in substance, speaking style, voice, and knowledge of details.

There will be plenty of opportunity to make the final judgement...something like 12-15 months before primaries are over. Let things unfold. Unless Trump is lying through his teeth, no one even comes close to impress me, and obviously a whole bunch of voters out there based on polls, and he has not even declared yet.

I think you have to watch the Hannity interview, Part I. He addressed our putting ourselves into debt to the Chinese, and how he would change that; he also addressed our creating OPEC, funding the potentates of the Middle East through buying their oil, and that we should keep Iraqi oil as a spoil of war to at least pay back the $1.5T we spent to free them of Heussein. Not MY idea of silent.

Sour grapes? It sounds to me as if he must have EFFECTIVELY knocked the nose off of one of your idols.
