Federal Capital Islamabad has 81 rape case Baluchistan 26 and Azad Kashmir province have registered 5 rape case 81. According to report 81 cases was fake in 2010.

So that would be what, one out of every 13 Americans? That doesn't sound right at all. Unless there are certain demographic groups with HUGE numbers bumping those numbers up, or large numbers of cases where "sexual assault" is so broadly defined as to be ludicrous ("When I woke up the next morning I was sleeping next to an ugly man who looked good when I was drunk."), or large numbers of false charges, those kind of numbers are WAY outside the experience of my social groups and family.
Of course, the answer might be something as simple as those surveys being conducted by bureaucrats with feminist agendas.
