The two men who toppled out of the bathroom window of a bus onto Route 2 Saturday night were roughhousing after a long day of beer drinking, investigators said today.
A Colonial Tours charter was returning from a pub crawl of area breweries when the two men tumbled out of a window measuring nearly 4-by-21⁄2 feet, according to a statement from Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early.

The property and casualty insurers of Colonial Tours should massively, and deservedly raise their premiums. Any commercial outfit offering a charter bus for a “pub crawl” needs to have their heads examined.
It’s like being asked if you want to transport a bunch of English soccer fans. The fact that you’re the designated driver would not change the many and definite risks you’ll have by the end of the trip.
