Ministerial team approves new apartments in West Bank blocs; Danny Dayan: It's a pity that parents, children need to be murdered for building to take place; calls for new Itamar neighborhood in name of victims.
The ministerial team for settlements approved hundreds of new apartments in the settlements of Ma'ale Adumim, Ariel, Kiryat Sefer and in Gush Etzion in a special meeting on Saturday.
The move comes in the wake of a terrorist attack on Friday in which five members of one family were stabbed to death in the West Bank settlement of Itamar.
Among the participants in the specially called meeting were Prime Minister Binyamin Netnayahu, Vice Premier Moshe Ya’alon, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Homeland Security Minister Matan Vilna'i. Sources in the Prime Minister's Office told Israel Radio that the plan deals with measured building inside existing settlement blocs.
Chairman of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria Danny Dayan on Sunday criticized the government's decision to approve the building permits, saying that it shouldn't have only after the Fogel family was murdered.

Its better than nothing. It took the murder of a family to force the Israeli government to finally act.
But much, much more needs to be done.
The villagers where the terrorists came from need to be uprooted and expelled to Lebanon. Those who harbor murderers should not also inherit!

Israel should do what ever the hell they want as Obama is busy playing golf and the world is focused on Japan.
I thought about this last night after writing that for each attack on Israeli’s another block in Gaza be destroyed. I was wrong.
For each terrorist attack, constructing another settlement says much more than destroying a building.

Israel should annex “Palestinian” villages in retaliation. Ramallah would be a good start.

They should do it in exact ratio to Hamas’ demand re Gilad Shalit. Since Hamas wants 1,000 terrorists freed for one IDF troop, we build 1,000 new homes in J&S for every Jew murdered. If Hamas doesn’t like those numbers, let them lower their demand, and let El Aqsa Martyrs Brigade stop killing Jews. As for Abbas, since he cares so little to be a “partner for peace,” he doesn’t have to be. Let him just hold onto power without any help from the State of Israel, which ought to take its complete dossier on him and every member of his government, and hand it over to Wikileaks. As for Obama, the UN and its Security Clownsill: Sooo looong, it’s been good to know ya (NOT!)...
