It’s ridiculous. My 5-year old son is big for his age and has outgrown his booster seat, but PA law says he has to sit in the damned thing until he is 8. Stupid.
The feds think children should be in booster seats until they are 4’ 9” tall.
Thats about 12 years old for some kids.
At what age do the “children” the liberals care so much about become the “yutes” they don’t give a rat’s ass for? My guess is about 12 when they start realizing that their parents are utter morons.
By the same logic, Ruth Westheimer and other little old ladies should be in booster seats as well.

and alot of that is that they put those stupid chest restraints in the back seats, which can strangle a child or snap their neck.
In a related more the legislature more the legislature dropped the speed limit satewide to 20 mph because "It would save lives."

I went to Kindergarten in a car that had a board across the arm rests in the back seat so that 10-12 of us would fit. I have taken a drink out of a graden hose, then and recently. I have had “Fresh” whole milk and grew up on a red meat diet, well some pork. I’m lucky to be alive.
Its all about gubbmint control.
My son hit that 80 lb mark to graduate from his seat at 6. Now his little sister is 6, and she is 45 soaking wet. Two more years of car seat prison for her.
Just to be safe, let’s make kids sit in booster seats until they are 30.

LOL Suporeme Court Judge Ginsberg should sit in a booster seat, even at the court. Too bad they don’t make one that would boost her brain.
My sisters are just a bit taller than that. They are in their 40s. LOL
