Guts and Gonads make Rudy Giuliani the Only Choice for 2012 (Zoinks!)
Canada Free Press ^ | 2/28/11 | Joan Swirsky

If you visit any online or neighborhood bookstore, you will see dozens of books about leadership, all of them - except Rudy Giuliani's Leadership - written by corporate or policy wonks who wrote their treatises based more on high-falutin' theory than on "real life" experience.

In fact, Giuliani’s 2005 book is the only book on this subject that doesn’t have a lengthy gobbledygook subtitle, but rather stands on that single word alone to describe what millions of people around the world wanted to know after September 11, 2001: How did he rise to the occasion to lead a city—indeed a world—out of the deep despair and paralyzing fear that gripped every sentient person after the worst attack in history on the American homeland?

Rudy was so successful in 2008 - from front runner to zero delegates.

For me, Rudy is a bit like Romney - in the sense that I think there’s a place for him in a GOP administration. I’d love to see Giuliani at Justice, or Homeland Security. I just don’t think he (or Romney) is the guy for the top of the ticket.

If Rudy had run for the senate against hitlery - he would have won, hands down and hitlery and bubba would have been out of Washington - quite possibly for good.

I'd still like to see him go for the senate. He's wasting his time, otherwise.

I have a lot of respect for Rudy Gulliani. He did a lot to do with taking a bite out of crime in NYC as a US Attorney and as Mayor. How ever, he is also a Progressive Republican and i can not get behind that.

Rudy does have some good leadership qualities, but there are just too many things I disagree with him on. Senator or Rep. from NY would be a good job for him though.

How did he rise to the occasion to lead a city—indeed a world—out of the deep despair and paralyzing fear that gripped every sentient person after the worst attack in history on the American homeland?

What was the name of that world, and what colour was its sky? Inquirimg minds want to know.

And while we are about it, WTF is Rudy Giuliani?

Rudy did a fine job as mayor of a very liberal very difficult city to manage just as Jeb Bush did a fine job as
Govenor of Florida.
Both are RINO’s, both support amnesty and abortions.
I will NOT support either.

Geez, deja vu all over again. </YogiBerra>

Guiliani may have been a good mayor for NYC, and possibly even as good of a Senator or a Governor as could be hoped for from NY at this time, but certainly not a good choice for President.

Besides, he has shown dreadful ability (and even commitment) to run a campaign larger than NYC.

Well, Obama's endorsement of Romney may have knocked him out of the competition, so the media's gotta go with their backup choice.
