How did he rise to the occasion to lead a city—indeed a world—out of the deep despair and paralyzing fear that gripped every sentient person after the worst attack in history on the American homeland? What was the name of that world, and what colour was its sky? Inquirimg minds want to know.
And while we are about it, WTF is Rudy Giuliani?

Rudy did a fine job as mayor of a very liberal very difficult city to manage just as Jeb Bush did a fine job as
Govenor of Florida.
Both are RINO’s, both support amnesty and abortions.
I will NOT support either.

Geez, deja vu all over again. </YogiBerra>
Guiliani may have been a good mayor for NYC, and possibly even as good of a Senator or a Governor as could be hoped for from NY at this time, but certainly not a good choice for President.
Besides, he has shown dreadful ability (and even commitment) to run a campaign larger than NYC.

For crap's sake, here we go again.... Well, Obama's endorsement of Romney may have knocked him out of the competition, so the media's gotta go with their backup choice.

Governor would have been very good - and he would have walked away with it.
