Here’s a perfect case for fixing the mess SCOTUS began with Wickard v. Filburn.

Thanks Army Air Corps and Civ! Texas especially, but other States also need to get going with a similar effort. They recently told the feral government epa just to get bent, but something a little more conventional might be in order...

MONTANA, like a breath of fresh air!

I grew up in Billings and went to undergrad at MSU in Bozeman. Lived in Bozeman until moving to the liberal hellhole of Portland 13 years ago.

Give it up, Lincoln and the civil war established the federal government supremacy over the States sovereignty and FDR’s SCOTUS gave it the legal authority. Passing these laws may make you feel all warm and squishy but it don’t mean jack! They have no meaning today and are purely political theater meant to throw a bone to their constituency while not doing a damn thing to reverse whats going on.
