Marriage between man and woman only has been legal for all of human history, and it’s been Constitutional since the Constitution was ratified in the 1700’s.

It’s ObamaCare (DeathCare) that is Unconstitutional.

Obama is a lying abomination.

This is an impeachable offense by both the President and Holder.

This is the same thing that's happening in Wisconsin. Obama and Holder have “fled” the law. I don't see how these proclamations aren't impeachable considering a President must swear an oath to office. He's essentially un-swearing that same oath and he's directing his appointments to do the same.

The President and I have concluded that classifications based on sexual orientation warrant heightened scrutiny and that, as applied to same-sex couples legally married under state law,” a crucial provision of the act is unconstitutional, Mr. Holder wrote.

Such things are constitutionally reserved for the SCOTUS. Obamugabe is now usurping the prerogatives of the SCOTUS.

Lawless administration declares a law unconstitutional and will not enforce. He acts more like a King everyday.

“a crucial provision of the act is unconstitutional, Mr. Holder wrote.”

It’s unconstitutional for the federal government to decline to promote/advance the situation where children are purposely not raised by a mother AND a father??

Exactly how would mandamus work in this incident? Holder and P.O. are saying they won’t defend the law, so there may be no cases to present such writ upon them. If there are no cases brought before the courts, the mandamus cannot effect - am I wrong?

Just trying to understand....

His predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessors predecessor. This has been going on for a long time, since the late 19th century. It was ramped up in the early 20 century, where they very nearly destroyed the world with foreign policy and interventions. They are looking like they may be up to the job now. For clarity sake, the world IS the United States and the Western democracies.

He doesn’t have the authority to ignore it. Not that that will stop this fool. The law also states any state can recognize it or not, as the state wishes, so he is, in ignoring the law, intruding upon states rights yet again.

Yeah, he is now the legislature and the court.

Of course he is. He is just following his buddy Chuck Schumer on the applicable components of u.S. government. You know, the House, the Senate, and the President.

All of them appear to be so stupid as to be incapable of finding their way home after work. Yet, every morning, they are back, blabbing more ignorant crap.

Amazingly, Obama will lose a significant number of black votes for this decision. Not a whole lot, but significant.
