ChattahBox Political News)–Why won’t Republican lawmakers condemn the crazed racist birthers in their midst? Because they are afraid of offending their right-wing xenophobic base, a majority of whom believe the offensive conspiracy theory that President Obama, our first black president, was born in Kenya and is a secret Muslim Manchurian candidate usurper. And if morally bankrupt Republican leaders can perpetuate the insane birther conspiracy theory, with a wink and a nod, they can weaken the President by planting seeds of doubt among voters in 2012. It’s reprehensible behavior. Republican lawmakers don’t care. The unhinged right-wing Rep. Michele Bachmann is the latest elected official to refuse to publicly denounce birthers. But she went one step further than her counterparts House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA). Bachmann wouldn’t even say if she personally believes President Obama is a U.S. citizen and a Christian. Despicable.

Birthers (for the most part), aren't concerned as much with WHERE The Messiah was born. It's the Constitutionally-ineligible "Natural Born Citizen" issue that doesn't pass the smell test where his father was NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN, and his MOTHER WAS NOT A CITIZEN OF AGE FOR SUFFICIENT TIME to meet the "Natural Born" Requirements.
No matter how many times they parrot the DNC-Talking Point of "not born in Hawaii argument", the FACT of his parentage is avoided religiously by the State Run Media.

I have a counter for that. Simply say; “I tell you what, you tell me the name of the doctor who delivered Obama and I tell you if I think he is a US citizen.”
