Once you read through the surprisingly light New York Times spin on this, it is a thoroughly damning piece. The Kenyan Clown personally used our government resources to identify hotspots in the Islamic world which could be "transformed". He then used our government resources to foment Islamic revolution:

This is far worse than Carter's naivety and idiocy. The Kenyan Clown and his circus are actively pursuing these goals throughout the Islamic world; the targets identified by the New York Times are Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, and Yemen.
