Fantasy for Paulbots: Ron Paul wins the CPAC straw poll and they say he can win.
Reality for Paulbots: Ron Paul will consistently carry only 3-4% of the GOP primary vote and drop out early.

Forget GOProud and anything else. This result alone proves the worthless nature of CPAC period.

If Paul would happen to win against all odds he would be 77 1/2 years old the day he took office. It’s time for him to face the music - he’s too damn old.

I believe Ron Paul won it in 2007 as well and it did not make any difference whatsoever.
This is an event to ignore.

There is a reason they call them "straw" polls.
It's because they mean as much as pile of straw.

All I needed to see was the people at CPAC boo Dick Cheney to know what kind of people those attending CPAC really are. This poll is meaningless because CPAC is meaningless
