At the heart of the complaint to the court is the suspicion that Obama has engaged in Social Security fraud by using a number initially issued to another person.

Several years later, my husband opened a custodial account for Son #3’s college education. The brokerage took care of getting the SSN.
All well and fine UNTIL he went to get his learner's permit at 15. “M’am..this is not the correct number.” DMV was able to pull up the name and location of the person.
Because Son 2 & son 3 share the same birth date (10 years to the day) & son 2 was born in that other state, I asked the clerk if by chance the number might be assigned to Son 2 (I asked using his name). He almost answered, but the witch standing next to him couldn't mind her own business. She would not let him answer if the person shared the same last name.
This was 5 years ago. Since it was after 9/11, going down to the local SSA office to straighten things out was not an option. They had to research his COLB (short form with official seal) because a forgery would be just too easy.
We were told it could take at least 6 weeks (meaning my son would be lucky if he got it in 6 months). Thanks to my Congressman, my son's new SSN in 10 days.
Until then we called him Pedro, because he did not exist and could be a illegal alien as far as anyone knew. He even had a ‘Pedro for President’ t-shirt.
The point of my long winded story is that if my then 15 year old had so much trouble getting a learner's permit because of a SSN screw up, one would think someone sitting in the Oval Office with multiple SSN’s would be held to a bit of a higher standard.
(Secretly I was somewhat relieved because he was my baby & I wasn't quite ready for him to take that next step towards adulthood)
You may not be a lawyer but you are well on the right track. The SS#s come up under any Lexis search. MO uses different numbers also. I believe he used these numbers to commit various frauds including the Aid to Foreign Students. He probably got welfare and may very well be the biggest Identity Thief around. I would like to know more about the person who was given that number. Did BO assume his identity or even take this persons life savings? We need the name and the information. Maybe this was a rich person with no relatives. BO was in New York which is close to CT. Maybe he pulled this fraud back in his NY days. Didn’t his alleged father go to Harvard. he could have committed the fraud and BO carried it out. Does anyone know the name of the SS #s owner? Maybe an investigation here on FR can flesh it out.
It’s also why the use of over 100 addresses by Zero, his aliases, and mother’s aliases? With the First Wookie using SS#’s as well. Why the 130 fictitious job positions found with various companies under Barak Obama and Michelle Obama?

Ballantyne, Chief Actuary of the Social Security administration, who had access to all Social Security databases and death indices.
Taitz found that the National Databases show different dates of birth for Obama: 08.01.1961 and 08.04.1961.
During attendence at Occidental College in 1979, his name and the address where he resided are attached to a SSN with the prefix 999-XX-XXXX. No U.S. citizen ever has that type of SSN. According to an investigator that 999 prefix SSN is given to foreign students receiving tuition aid from the Federal government. ???

Your correct..It was the same for me...born many years before I got mine in 1946...
I was born in 1939 and that number doesn’t even come close to what mine is...You didn’t need to get a SS card until you were old enough to get a job. That meant at 16, but you could get one earlier if you wanted..(I started to work at 15 by lying about my age and had a SS card)

SS# - back in the 70’s, state and fed agencies just typed in #999 99 9999 if the person requesting services didn’t have a SS#.

He worked at a Baskin Robins. His SSN was issued in Ct. two years after working there. No one has been able to turn up any SSN that he used at Baskin Robbins to date.

I was following her for a while. She was in contact with a couple congress critters. But nothing ever panned out.
I wouldn’t count on them to do much. Imagine the odds of Harry Reid voting yes on impeachment!
Illegal aliens are exempted from ID fraud charges so why not The Kenyan?
Social security Administration has investigators with the same powers as any other federal agent. They are just a very small outfit.

You would think with everything there it would be a no brainer to get rid of the usurper. He is protected by the prince of darkness it would seem.
If we can just get the house to take action you never know. These people are all about themselves so if it really came down to Reid saving his own hide I wouldn’t be surprised he’d vote for it. We can’t just post on FR though. If there was ever A time we need to be proactive with our congress people it’s now!
The administration is defying court orders! They are not granting gulf drilling permits in spite of the judge’s order. Who will make a call to their rep?

meanwhile Obama just snubs federal court orders and holds up permits. Where is the oil going to come from? We have it right here. More than we could use actually. But he is going to make us pay whatever the Saudis want and we still may not have enough?
It is not just wrong, not just about him defying a federal judge, it is directly against the interests of the people of the United States. People are going to freeze to death .. especially with all this “global warming” that is producing RECORD cold temperatures.
