A spokeswoman for Moscow's busiest airport says 35 people have been killed by an explosion in its international arrivals hall.

Domodedovo Airport spokeswoman Yelena Galanova made the statement Monday on Russia's NTV television.

Other officials put the death toll at 31 and said about 130 people were injured in the explosion Monday afternoon. President Dmitry Medvedev said it looked like a terror attack and the state RIA Novosti news agency said the blast may have been set off by a suicide bomber.

Bombing by crazed mooslims in the baggage arrival area...isn’[t that outside TSA security zones? Now they will have to search everyone getting within a mile of an airport. Great...I get to0 felt-up by TSA goons more often.

You conveniently forget that Saudi Arabia - the major funder of jihad around the world - is being supported by this nation militarily and financially! OPEC owns us. Do you understand the danger that puts us all in? Do you get it at all? Are you conscious at all?

You should be thanking your lucky stars that Russia has some leverege with the Shia mullahs.

Both you and I know that AL Qaeda affiliated groups will attack just about anyone who will not conform to their extreme version of Islam and submit to their authority. This includes China, Russia and the “Former” USSR, Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, and Hamas. There have even been fights between AL Qaeda cells for control.

It’s funny that Russians compare Saakashvili to Saddam Hussein! The real Saddam is dead thanks to the USA and Russia couldn’t stop that. If Saakashvili is like Saddam then why is he still alive? Why is he still in charge? Is Russia that impotent? Don’t bother answering. It’s a rhetorical question!

I’m slowly coming to the opinion that we need to be very skeptical of these attacks. I’ve been skeptical of the 2009 Christmas day attack that didn’t happen but resulted in scanners throughout the USA and big profits.

These terrorist attacks may not always be what we are told, or were done by the most obvious suspects. That may be the intent. They could just as easily become a tool to blame, change or provide a reason or political cover for something else.

The question needs asked - Who all benefits or has a motive?

Are you including the 9/11 attacks?

TSA should instead be segregating passengers, so that entire planes are filled with Muzzies, while others have none.

Islamics benefit. Do you think there’d be a huge mosque going up in downtown Manhattan without 9/11? Do you think sharia would have made it this far in the US and Europe without Madrid, London and a host of smaller attacks?

Islam has always advanced itself through violence; when Islamic states were stronger, it was through military and quasi-military raids (pirate attacks). When Islamic states became weak, Islamic rulers turned to non-professionals, that it, civilian terrorists, to extend the reign of fear.

I will grant you, however, that Islamic states are busy covertly funding and supporting the terrorists in one way or another, because they know that terrorism works and it has already advanced the “acceptance” of Islam in the West and gotten special concessions and lots of money for Islamic states.

Do you trust the government (any government) implicitly?

Have there ever been examples where governments have used or killed friendlies for political benefit? Remember the apartment bombings in Russia in 1999 that killed 300 people and that many claimed was used by Putin to advance his political power and war in Chechnya. Have you ever heard Gulf of Tonkin, Reichstag fire?

Why should anyone be ruled out in this airport bombing or any other terrorist event for that matter. Rahm Emanuel once said no tragedy should go to waste. That’s the way politicians think. An extension of that statement is that political outcomes can be predicted and that ruthless shrewd politicians of any nationality can create tragedies for their own benefit.

People can either be led around or they can be cynical and use their brain and logic that God gave them to form their own decisions.

Yep, unlike US vs Osama they killed every terrorist behind every attack in Russia.
Anyway, it seems like American policy is better. There was no attack in US since 2001 while Russians has a plane or rock concert bombed annually.

The bodies of the dead and wounded are scattered throughout the airport terminal in this image.

The man pushing the bag cart is most likely suffering from severe psychological shock over what has happened.

His response is akin to the response of one of the Soldiers at the D-Day landing in "Saving Private Ryan." The Soldier was wandering back and forth on the beach as the Germans were killing and wounding everyone. His severed arm was laying in the sand beside him. After pacing a bit, he picks up his arm, and wanders off camera.

It is severe psychological shock instigated by a massively violent incident.

Arrived at this airport in July 1996, the same day Chechens blew up two city busses in the downtown area.

Incidents like this, although horrific, are mere test runs for what is to come. The islamic nut-jobs are probing the west for weak points (hotels, airports, buses, subways, shopping malls, sports stadia), where they can cause maximum carnage in future attacks. 50 terrorists in a major western city could kill thousands with some explosives and conventional firearms before they were located and subdued.

Well the lives of the "Russians" Saakashvili supposedly murdered must not be worth much if Russia doesn't even bother to seek justice for them.

The Kremlin cares not for the lives of Russians of course, KGB Putin just wanted to steal Georgian lands. Putin and Medvedev don't pursue their ridiculous charges against Saakashvili because they know they are lies! They know they failed to overthrow him.

If you think the Russian-Georgian conflict is over then you are sadly mistaken. It has only just begun. Russia will be shattered to pieces for trying to impose their neo-soviet empire in the Caucasus. We can already see that Putin is losing control by the day. Putin's stupid and evil aggression against America's Georgian friends and his support for ethnic separatists has only increased the instability in the Caucasus and throughout Russia.

Russia must pay a price in blood for what they have done to innocent Georgia.
