A Tucson mass shooting victim was taken into custody Saturday after yelling "you're dead" at a Tea Party spokesman during the taping of an ABC-TV town hall event hosted by Christianne Amanpour.
The Pima County Sheriff's Office said J. Eric Fuller, 63, was involuntarily committed to an undisclosed medical facility, NBC News reported. The Associated Press said he was undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.
He faces charges of threats and intimidation and disorderly conduct, according to Tucson TV station KGUN.

This is beyond comical.
This very guy was all over the media blaming Laughner’s killing spree on the rhetoric of pro 2nd amendment and tea party folks. And then he marches out and issues his own death threats. Oh it is going to be fun to watch the media try ot spin this one.
ABC mentioned it at the very end of their article and the other MSM are working to bury this as quick as they can.

MSNBC is playing with this trying to make sure ABC plays the tape of this happening. Sort of a media game of chicken.
My guess? ABC will not.
Is there a single witness that places Fuller at the scene? Fuller stated that he left the scene almost immediately after the shooting and drove himself to the hospital.
Not that I have read except that he had a verbal argument with a Marine before the shooting. Maybe the woman with the shopping cart who looked at him as he was running through the lot.
That story of his, leaving and not staying once he saw the shooter apprehended to get medical attention and speak to police is strange. I think he’s the ONLY one who was injured that did that.
