It doesn’t matter whether they were “map markers” or “crosshairs.” None of the marks, none of the maps, none of the rhetoric had anything to do with the shooting. Our language is full of non-violent references to targets, crosshairs, re-loading, etc.
I won’t backtrack one single inch. We ought to continue to keep left-wing politicians “in the crosshairs” and “target” them for defeat.
All the rhetoric at the time was around shooting (don't retreat, reload - there's a common surveyor's phrase) and the districts were said to be "targeted" (usual political speak but not at all related to surveying).
You just look foolish and nobody buys it. at least nobody who hasn't joined the cult.
Using the symbols was stupid with predictable results.
I’m not in any cult. Sorry you peed in your Hheaties this morning.
I’m not in any cult. Sorry you peed in your Wheaties this morning.
Do you think the shooter did this because of the symbols on a map?

What a stupid question.
It doesn’t matter how lame liberal lies are, they can always count on the MSM buying them...
If I was Palin or whomever is maintaining her web page, I would have not taken it down.
I’s totally irrelevant to the fact that a wacko shot people and the media is trying to blame TEA party members. I would have told them to f’ off.
Do you think the map provides proof that the TEA party and Palin are responsible for this wacko shooting? Why is it a stupid question?
Here’s a better question. If this map didn’t exist at all, would the media still have attempted to blame Sarah Palin and the TEA party members?
