Welcome to Free Republic. First problem with the FCC’s adoption of net neutrality is the fact they have no authority to pass or iplement their rules, i.e., it’s unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has explicitly stated the FCC may not assume legal authority to implement net neutrailty and Congress has also refused to grant them the authority to do so.
