Lieberman keeps saying homosexuals cannot serve. They can, they do, we just cannot legally talk about sex in the workplace due to sexual harassment laws already in place, Mr Lieberman.
That’s DREAM failing to achieve cloture. I guess it doesn’t technically kill the bill depends on if Reid decides to continue debate.
