Wake up DC GOP! Stop the agenda the voters overwhelmingly voted against!
I am beginning to think the GOP in DC is nothing more than RINO in total.
Are there any naive fools here who still think that voting makes a difference?

In every other area, they are giving it away with dump truck. Food stamps, unemployment checks, reparations to "black farmers", "green jobs" training, and every other "shovel ready" corrupt pork project under the sun.
So, you can all sleep well at night knowing that the FBI agent in Wisconsin and the Veterans Administration nurse in Maryland won't be getting a measly raise - but the gubment is just giving everything else away like mad.
Other than DeMint and a few others, the GOP is a bunch of squishy Ruling Class Country Club Republicans who are more interested in Destin, FL, Hollywood, CA, Annapolis, MD, Park Avenue, Martha’s Vineyard and NW Washington social events than keeping government at bay.
The just don’t f-ing care about us or what we think.
From their viewpont, why not? They figure the voters will forget this and their humongous budget bill in 2 years.
Time to primary every GOP senator running in 2012, 2014. This is the way you correct things. Remember the newly elected Reps and Senators have not taken office. The spineless GOP still in the Senate need to be primaried out

In my world losers in elections would be walked out by capitol security the day after the election.
I like your post. Yeah, there’s anger at federal employees, but many FReepers just don’t get that they could eliminate every non-defense federal employee and pension and still not balance the budget. It’s all misdirection. The politicians make a worthless gesture to reduce spending while they lard up everything else to reward special interests. A federal salary freeze is a good idea, btw, but it’s an insignificant gesture to take a couple bucks a week from a government clerk while Congress spends trillions elsewhere, literally on everything under the sun.
This lame duck congress needs to die! Filibuster EVERYTHING at this point.
If we don’t get these earmarks, how will we ever know the mating habits of mosquitos?
