The Senate bill contains fees that could be considered tax provisions, which under congressional rules supposed to originate in the House, according to House and Senate aides who requested anonymity because they were not authorized to speak about the situation.

House Republicans could call a vote to send the bill back to the Senate for another vote. That could hurt the bill's chances as Congress rushes to wrap up for the year.

Read the constitution? They don’t believe in it. It’s like asking muslims top read the Kama Sutra instead of the koran.

Pelosi is now the MINORITY LEADER, and BOEHNER is the Majority Leader....so she has a place to speak, but not a majority to vote for anything.

The HOUSE can also investigate the past Speaker of the House and the White House spending for violations of Constitution and the law, because of the issue of the money.

That will be true in the next session in January, but at the moment she has a majority of lame ducks, many of whom may be angry and feel they have nothing to lose. They’ve already lost. Who knows what they might try to do before January? These are the same sort of Democrats as the ones who passed Obamacare on Christmas Eve last year.

But Obama’s health care reform contains trillions of new fees and expenses and mandates for spending controls, and the bill that was passed originated in the Senate also.

Actually, that bill was House Resolution 3590, sponsored by the Honorable Charles Rangel. The House bill was originally called "Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009," but was amended in the Senate to strip out the original resolution and replace it with what became "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."

Believe me I pray constantly for Pelosi to be removed from our gov’t, as well as a few others. Too bad it wasn’t complete this past election.
