MADISON — A borough man was arrested and charged with regularly exposing his genitals to a 10-year-old girl living with his family, police said.Olger Vargas, 47, of Madison, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness, according to an affidavit by Detective John Miscia, of the Madison Police Department.

True, I am sure with his illegal status, he would get preferential treatment and application would go ahead of others. Anything to get that latin vote.

We did a test turkey last week. It was frozen and we defrosted it in the refrig for four days and when I cooked it lightly stuffed wrapped in foil at 450 for 3.5 hours I THOUGHT it showed with the temperature gauges that it was ready. When we went to cut 'er up the interior layers were not fully done although the outer was perfect. Anyone every experience something such as this? I am wondering if it had to do with the frozen aspect.

Our turkey tomorrow is fresh and we will be adding at least an hour, but the problem is that I am fearful about the temperature gauges showing it was done. Obviously I flubbed there, but wonder if something such as this has ever happened before. It has never happened to me before. I am very nervous now that I have wrongly placed the temperature gauges. Any tips, suggestions?

It sounds like the first bird still had an icy core. Bringing frozen water to a liquid state needs a lot of energy. Do check that the oven temperature is accurate, though; oven thermometers are cheap and you may find you need to dial the oven up higher (or lower) than the reading on its knob.
