Im sure youve noticed how humorous, and at the same time pathetic, its been to watch the left go crazy about Bristol Palin continuing to remain on Dancing with the Stars.
Palin is in the top three along with Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing fame. The shows season finale will air tonight at 9 p.m.
Viewers have voted to keep Sarah Palins teenage daughter on the show seven times, despite the fact that neither she nor partner Mark Ballas can compare with the show's better dancers and their judges scores consistently reflect that fact.
The shows format allows for viewer phone calls to make up one-third of the total scores.
And thats now her fault, allege critics who accuse Tea Partyers of cheating to keep young Palin on the show. frpa

If I’m in line after Paris Hilton, I’m going to demand a fresh rubber glove.
I’m totally and completely ignorant regarding this (and most other) TV shows.
But this has become such a media event, and I do so adore Sarah, that I want to vote.
How do I vote?
How do I vote?
How do I vote?
How is this cheating? Dancing with the STARS. Get it, stars, famous people that many in the public like. I’m sure most of the voting in the series history was people supporting their favorite star.
I don’t even watch the show and I was considering voting for Penn Jillette when he was on (at least he should have gotten “most improved”).
Thanks.
And I promise to limit myself to the same number of votes that Harry Reid got from any single dead person.
I heard Jennifer Grey got a perfect score from the judges. I have never seen this show, but I did see Dirty Dancing and Grey was pretty damn good in that.
Go for it!
You only have a few minutes before the voting concludes.

It’s one of thus UberStupid websites with circular signup pages. I voted... I think... but I’m afraid that I might have been less effective than a Nevada corpse.
Oh well.
I don’t watch the show and have never voted.
That said, I just signed up and voted a plethora of times for Bristol just to piss off the liberal whiners.
Now the wacko-leftist-lib-tards know just a little bit about how I felt as I watched B. Hussein Obama get elected president. And, as a bonus, it serves as further evidence of how truly demented some of them are.
I didn't like Obama, I KNEW he wasn't qualified for the position he was seeking, and I couldn't (and STILL don't) understand why so many people would vote for him. The same as they feel about Bristol Palin's success on this dancing show.
But, I didn't come emotionally unglued about Obama's victory, and I certainly never even CONSIDERED issuing death threats against him -- even though the reality of having to live with a wholly unqualified, inept and incompetent president affects my day-to-day life a WHOLE lot more than having to accept the notion that a less talented person might win a stupid television game show.
I read an old article from the 70s where some “progressive” was advocating “vote by phone” in elections and to push the “citizen’s agenda” through to our legislators.
In the end, it IS NOT about democracy for progressives. It’s about getting their agenda implemented. By Any Means Necessary.
I don’t even know how these voting tv shows work today. Didn’t they use a “pay-per-call” fee service for awhile where the callers were basically adding to the program’s revenue stream? Call all you want, we still get rich! It also helps them to figure out regional audience hotspots.
Eventually we’ll all have a cyber-tv service anyway (or those of you who still even watch tv) and just vote “online” through our digital tvs. Tv will become more interactive. And just as “freeped” or “duped” or “islammed” as tv polls already are (that’s the dirty little secret that the public wasn’t supposed to know when they report their “unscientific polls”).
Obama was unqualified to win a Nobel Peace Prize and not the best candidate to win his Grammies either.
Heck, didn’t Justin Beiber just win some entertainer award?
I don’t even watch the show but I voted 5 times each using 3 different phone lines just to make the liberals all weee weee’d up!
Yes, nice cogent little article. Extremely well written!
I thought that viewer’s votes counted for HALF of the scores.
