Also if I "see something," such as a guy in a nightgown with a doily on his head, and "say something," will I be sued? Or prosecuted?

If you see a group of swarthy men in Arabic garb, chanting prayers loudly and repeatedly in Arabic before/during/after boarding, and you "say something," you can be sued. It happened a couple years back in Minneapolis.

I know, from personal experience, that "saying something" accomplishes nothing. When I "said something" I was curtly told, by a Delta employee, that there was nothing they could do as they could not profile.
