Napolitano: ‘Adjustments,’ ‘More to Come’ on Women in Hijabs Undergoing Airport Full-Body Pat-Downs
CNS News ^ | November 16, 2010

When asked today if she will insist that Muslim women wearing hijabs must go through full body pat downs before boarding planes, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano did not say yes or no, but told CNSNews.com there will be “adjustments” and “more to come” on the issue.

“On the pat downs, CAIR [the Council on American-Islamic Relations] has recommended that Muslim women wearing hijabs refuse to go through the full body pat downs before boarding planes,” CNSNews.com asked Napolitano at a Monday press conference. “Will you insist that they do go through full body pat downs before boarding planes?”

“Look, we have, like I said before, we are doing what we need to do to protect the traveling public and adjustments will be made where they need to be made,” Napolitano responded. “With respect to that particular issue, I think there will be more to come. But, again, the goal here, you know, we’re not doing this just to do it. We’re doing it because we need to keep powders and gels and liquids off of planes that are unauthorized just as we need to keep metals off of planes...

Napolitano responded to CNSNews.com’s question at a Monday press conference held at Reagan National Airport outside Washington, D.C., that she called to announce that the department’s “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign was going to be placing advertisements around the Washington, D.C. area to encourage people to report what she called “indicators of terrorism” to law enforcement agencies.

She did not answer the questions. Which leads me to think that the Muzlims, men and women, will get a pass while the rest of us will still be felt up or body-scanned. CAIR has already announced that Muzlims are exempt. I want to know what is really going on at airports.

Also if I "see something," such as a guy in a nightgown with a doily on his head, and "say something," will I be sued? Or prosecuted?

When Janet was Governor of Arizona, she vetoed a bill that would require people to show identification when voting, because that would be an unreasonable violation of their privacy.

I think we should reestablish the House Un-American Affairs Committee with Michelle Bachman as the Chair. We have to root out the traitors in our government starting with Napolitano, CAIR, Obama and his minions.

“If You See Something, Say Something”

I see something, total incompetance at the border and citizens unduly harrased to fly while the very same people who are trying to kill us walk by scot free with lord knows what stuffed inside their religious cover.

It is time to speak out and not be afraid to do so.

Why shouldn’t they? A nun had to undergo the pat-down, by a MUSLIM woman. If they can perform them, why should they not receive them?

statistically speaking, what are the chances that a NON-Muslim will try an act of terrorism on a plane?

Well if people in Muslim dress get a pass in the airports, I say we should all dress like Muslims in the airport.

We’re doing it because we need to keep powders and gels and liquids off of planes that are unauthorized just as we need to keep metals off of planes...

That's the same idiotic logic as gun control. Hey, Janet! How about you focus your efforts on the PEOPLE who want do us harm rather than their toys!

It would be racist to suspect Moslems of being terrorists.

The only non-racist thing to do is to inspect people who probably aren't terrorists.

If this goes through expect the next terrorist attack to happen from muslims in Hijabs hiding weapons or explosives in their groin area.

I’ll just dress as a Muslim from now on when flying. Problem solved. I recommend everyone else do the same.

I thought the whole point of these scanners and/or pat-downs was to protect us from the muslims. If muslims are no longer going to be checked, is there any point at all to this?

So the Muslims get a pass while the rest of us are given cancer from radiation and/or are sexually molested?

Could the democrat party and the Obama Regime show their hated for American any more?

Put the pieces together. The federal government suing AZ over their enforcement of the law. Alaska’s Joe Miller using the courts to FORCE Alaska to enforce their own election law. TSA forcing pat down’s of three year old girls and threatening to fine the man who refused to be fondled, while allowing Muslims a pass, when the very reason for the whole fiasco is to prevent muslims from destroying or commandeering aircraft.

Etcetera.

We are no longer governed by the rule of law. Which means total social breakdown is on the horizon. It is only a matter of time. I’ve learned I cannot predict exactly how much time, though...but the time will come, that is clear.

OUTRAGEOUS! Perhaps JANET “BUTCH” NAPOLITANO ought to be tried in a court of law for discrimination?

TSA resembles the Gestapo! Who gave them this authority to investigate and charge criminal charges. If a person says no to all and does not fly then they should have no authority. This is not Gestapo Germany yet, or is it?

If she won’t answer the question then the answe is NO. Moslems in women’s garments will not be molested and will not have to gothrough the cancer machines either. The next plane to go down will be blown by a man or a woman in hijab. because it is known now that such are exempt from screening.
Napolitano probably does not believe that anyone dressed as a Moslem woman would do something terrible because in her Justice Department handbook it is Right Wing Clingers that are likely to blow up airplanes. Part of it is the institution of dhimmi status for nonMoslems. In a cuountry that is not actually ruled by Moslems, sharia might be de facto in Moslem neighborhoods but nonMoslems do not have dhimmi status imposed on them. We are getting it imposed on us and I am not so sure the US is an exception.
