I was a member of the NYPD on 9/11 and worked at Ground Zero. We lost 23 people several of which I knew personally.

Really? I lost a good friend, a fireman, at Ground Zero and two friends on Flight 93. I don't agree with any of your happy horsesh#t views on the matter.

If you were really there, you would not be pining for the poor Muslims and their so-called "right" to build a trophy near the graves of their greatest modern achievement against America and the West.

They didn't find the body of my fireman friend until they removed the big dirt ramp into the hole at Ground Zero. That's right--the ramp that all the dignitaires walked down every year on 9/11. And the only thing they found of my other friend from Flight 93 was his Bible.

As far as how far they should be able to build that mosque away from Ground Zero?

I vote for Saudi Arabia.

Here’s what this mosque will do. It will attract moslems tourists. It will turn the neighborhood into moslems businesses ansd residents. There will be terrorists living in the area. It will be asymbol of islamic encroachment in the US.
