The Walk A Mile With A Child event at Grace Bible Church, sponsored by the National Medical Association, was designed to reach black and Hispanic Orlandoans with a message about the benefits of a commitment to physical fitness. The fundamental problem is the relative lack of educational effort and achievement by blacks, especially in the hard disciplines that are based on science and mathematics. This sharply limits the pool of potential black medical professionals and assures that those who are recruited into the field must be accepted with significantly lower qualifications than white medical professionals.
As long as these minority physicians are just going to treat minorities, I guess it’s OK with me.

why minority why not just GOOD health care workers, nurses and Docs.

I am sick to death of special set asides, special preferences, etc. The slaves were freed a hundred fifty years ago, at least from their former masters. But they just changed owners. Now they are owned by the DNC and "leaders"(read con men) like Sharpton, Jackson, and Obama.

Why not just get decent good Docs who can do the job and who can help others.

My gawd, man, there are NO standards in congress, and I regard a parasite infected fly with more respect than I regard our leaders.

At our hospital staff meetings we often have to deal with who is the best minority physician. Patients ask all the time, right after “ I want the best minority surgeon to operate on my mom!”
