Would a Miami International Airport worker have beaten his coworker to a pulp if his private parts weren't made the butt of jokes because of the new body scanners?
A Las Vegas company claims it has the solution for airport scanner-enduced assaults and undergarment embarrassment with "flying pasties," which are basically small plastic coverings passengers can wear that will protect their goodies from being X-rayed by the body scanners.
Flyingpasties.com says the thick rubber pasties block private areas from scanners and they even come with a little comic relief for TSA workers wondering why they aren't getting the full Monty.
Some pasties for women read, "Only my husband sees me naked." Whether that's a true statement is irrelevant.
Women can order a three-piece privacy enhancer, while men get a one-piece package protector. And fellas, it's a one-size fits all type of deal.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Miami International recently installed body scanners to screen passengers so the company may find a solid customer base in South Florida.
Can I get that package protector in 1XL

Oddly, the Male ones only come in XL, and Magnum sizes.

The average X-ray machines currently used in airports don’t penetrate the skin, making the properly inserted implants virtually undetectable. The implants would be filled with PETN, the same chemical explosive used by attempted Christmas Day bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and in Richard Reid’s 2001 attempt to blow up an American Airlines transatlantic flight.”

SNIPPET: “Two women believed to be Chechen rebels blew themselves up in Moscow’s metro during morning rush hour Monday, killing at least 35 people and injuring 100 more.
Law enforcement officials in Washington and New York beefed up security in their respective subway systems in response.
The attacks at Lubyanka and Park Kultyry stations come on the heels of a recent threat assessment issued by the Office of Intelligence and Operations Coordination at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency.
The Investigative Project has reviewed the sensitive, but unclassified, assessment, Female Suicide Bombers, which puts the attacks in Russia in the context of a broader threat. Referencing open source reporting, the primary finding of the threat assessment is that:
“al Qa’ida terror cells have trained a group of female suicide bombers to attack Western targets including airlines. These women may have a non Arab appearance and may be traveling on Western passports.”
These “bombshells” are part of an evolving terrorist threat challenging U.S. law enforcement to reassess not only the physical and psychological characteristics of terrorists but also the methods available for concealing explosives.”

No offense, the TSA people will see this as people trying to hide weapons. they are that idiotic and zero-tolerance non-thinking. They will force people to remove these things and go back through, or be pat down, wasting more of your time and probably lecturing you about wasting their time and other peoples’.

If the government wants to look at my 71 year old body, they are going to be very disappointed.
Man, I haven’t had a good, fresh one of those since we lived in Plymouth, England for a while when I was a kid. Stodgy English food? Maybe so, but oh, so satisfying.
