Obama to Correct the "Historic Mistake" of the Creation of Israel (Video)

Richard L. Rubenstein is a distinguished theologian and professor. a Yale Fellow, a Harvard PHD, and a contributing editor to the New English Review. Rubenstein is therefore not exactly the personification of a conspiracy nut. It is therefore bone chilling to hear from his lips that President Barack Obama would very much like to see the destruction of the State of Israel and her people, so long as his hands have personally not shed the blood

HE HAS BEEN WORKING TOWARD THAT END . . . NO DOUBT.

AND THE PLANET, PARTICULARLY THE USA

will suffer horribly from such efforts.

Thankfully, God Almighty will preserve Israel.

I really don’t give a rip about that. Why worry about that? By that way of thinking when he is defeated in 2012 they will riot too?

And the Jews helped vote him in.

Not the Jews here on FR. So you are painting with too broad of a brush, Beowulf9.

In fact if, hypothetically, no Jews had voted at all in the 2008 election, the result would still have been the same: "Osama" Obama in the White House. That's because there aren't enough Jews in the American population to have affected the ultimate outcome of that race.

FYI, American Jews living abroad in Israel voted about 3 to 1 AGAINST Obama.

This is just my observation, but if more liberal American Jews were to spend some time in Israel and experience the threats and violence they face, perhaps they would change their views and voting habits.

I doubt that Obama is a Muslim; however, I believe that he is a radical leftist with heavy Muslim sympathies. Maybe because of his Muslim family members, maybe because he sees the Muslims as members of the proletariat downtrodded by the oppressive and explotive capitalist West. Maybe both.

...everyone I know who is Jewish loved the guy..

I see you are using the past tense there, so maybe some of those Jews don't love him anymore.

Then again, your statement undoubtedly indicates that you don't know too many Jews, because statistically speaking, chances are very good that after meeting only a few, at least one would be anti-Obama.

Even if not, now that you're here on FR and have met some Jewish FReepers, there's no way you can still make that same statement.

there aren't enough Jews in the American population to have affected the ultimate outcome of that race.

Granted, the problem is not religious persons, but secular persons; however, the large-majority Democrat voting record of Jews is significant, and it roughly correlates to the number of Jews who are secular rather than religious -- 80%.

While it's wrong to condemn any group with a broad brush, it's also naive to underestimate the influence of a group that comprises a larger-than-population-sized proportion of lawyers, doctors, finance and accounting execs, the literary, academic and media elite and Democrat political contributors. Given the demographics of New York and Florida and the Electoral College system, there is more than raw population data at play here.

I (a traditional Christian) and most of the Jews on FR have never been able to figure out why the majority of Jews remain so ardently Democrat; perhaps Obama is giving us "hope and change" after all. It took the moral affront of homosexual affirmationism and the bloody carnage of partial-birth abortion to move many Catholics off the Democrat plantation. Perhaps these threats to Israel might sink in for U.S. Jewish voters.

I'm not sure this is true for the electoral vote. And even if it is, it is still a huge embarassment, to me anyway.
