IDF strikes in Gaza in response to rocket

Air Force planes target weapons warehouse, two smuggling tunnels in Strip; no injuries reported

Israel Air Force aircraft bombed a weapons warehouse in northern Gaza and two smuggling tunnels in the southern Strip on Thursday night.

The Israel Defense Forces said the targets were hit and that all planes returned safely to their base. There were no reports of injuries.

The attack was a response to the firing of a rocket and mortar shells at western Negev communities on Thursday. The IDF stressed that Hamas was "a terrorist organization which is fully responsible for the events in the Strip."

On Thursday evening, a Qassam rocket exploded near a kibbutz north of the Gaza Strip, shortly after two mortar shells exploded south of a kibbutz in Shaar Hanegev Regional Council.

A total of nine mortar shells and one rocket were fired at Israel on Thursday, causing no injuries or damage.

Attacks from Gaza have increased in recent days, luckily, without causing any damage or injures. Nine days ago, after a week and a half of relative calm, fire on the western Negev from Gaza resumed, when a Qassam hit an open area in the Eshkol Regional Council.

Iran blinks, will not send “aid ship” to Gaza

SNIPPET: “IRNA said that Sheikholeslam told reporters in the northern city of Rasht that the ship had originally been scheduled to depart for Gaza on Thursday, but that its departure was postponed until Sunday because of restrictions imposed by Israel.

He added that officials then decided instead to cancel the trip altogether, shipping to Gaza the goods by other means, IRNA said.”

Every time a rocket makes it over the fence, they should move the fence forward. There should be a penalty in land extracted every time they attack. They’ll scream but after you do it a time or two or three they’ll get the message.

Killing the attackers is necessary but insufficient. They don’t care about the lives of their terrorists. Only a penalty paid in land transmits pain. The border should move permanently each and every time they violate the border.

Bibi is awesome.

If only the USA had a real man, not a Marxist, as her chief executive.

And real men, not sycophant cultists, as legislators.

There you go using common sense Marron. Don’t expect common sense to get in the way of the anti-semitic world though.

Suggestion to Bibi: Do what I’d do: Tell the ****ing UN that they have 30 days to find some place in the slammite world to put the their kept savages and that the place in question needs to be no less than 1000 km from Israel, and that any of them found an inch closer than that on day 31 were simply gonna be killed.

"There will be pieces in our time." Amazing all the blockade would possibly be lifted if GileadShalit could just get a red Cross visit; however since Hamas continues to hold him hostage the "flotilla's do nothing NOTHING except promote terrorism, while Israel is fighting a war against the nefarious government and putrid "peace" proaganda from the books and "anals" of Adolf Sudetenland Hitler( I farteth and urinate on thy dead "corpse").

Sort of like football penalties. Sounds good. But also kill the terrorists, blow up the munitions dumps, etc.

IRGC Weekly Threatens More Abductions by Hamas

An article in Sobh-e Sadeq, the weekly of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), praises Hamas for driving a hard bargain in the Shalit deal, and claims that Israel can expect this movement to abduct one Zionist soldier for every Palestinian arrested by Israel.

Israeli police arrested an army NCO and charged him with treason for supplying information on border security, along the Lebanese frontier, to a local drug smuggling gang. The NCO, who worked on vehicle maintenance in a northern Israel army base, also provided the names of seven local civilians who were also working for the drug gang. Five of these have been arrested. What was most troublesome about this was that the drug gang was known to work with Islamic terror group Hezbollah, which controls most of southern Lebanon. The NCO provided information on which border posts were having problems with their surveillance equipment, or other gear, and what the patrol schedules were. The drug gangs bring their stuff in from Lebanon, where Hezbollah has to be paid off. Information on the Israeli military is very valuable, and it’s believed that Hezbollah was drug gang. The Israeli NCO said he did it for the money. Hezbollah has had increasing success getting Israelis, getting what the Israeli sergeant was passing on to the usually Israeli Arabs, to spy for them for cash
