LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahony says in a deposition he didn't call police in 1986 after a priest admitted to molesting two boys and didn't warn parishioners because the priest told him the boys were illegal immigrants who had returned to Mexico.

Mahony says in the document released Tuesday that he didn't take stronger action because he didn't know the victims' identities and because the Rev. Michael Baker told him the abuse happened outside the parish.

A firing squad for Mahoney is justified.

Mahoney is disgusting. He should be in jail for his own transgressions, and as a warning to others. IMHO.

(Since pillory with hands and feet in the stocks is no longer available as a public punishment.)

Now we know why Mahony’s so keen on illegal immigration.

If Mahoney’s boss (That is The Pope) had a sense of right and wrong, he would strap on a spine and fire him (Mahoney) right now!

I think that God is arranging for a special place in hell for Mahoney, right next to fat Ted.

I can’t believe he had no thought about the notion that this molester might re-offend.

Doesn’t everybody know that they pretty much always re-offend?

Even if in fact he could do nothing for these two victims, could he not have acted to protect the future victims?

And seen justice done to the molester?

“A firing squad for Mahoney is justified.”

I would pay $100 to watch the execution. Mahoney is a slime ball.....always was.

Catholic Heirarchy does not believe in God, Heaven, or hell. Otherwise this raping of children would not be tolerated, at any level. Even the parisioners in their blind worshiping of the priesthood, condone this behavior.
