Actually he is the second coming of Bart’s dad, Homer. Obama is delusional, nothing is ever his fault, he takes responsibility one minute and blames others the next.
How the MSM can continue to cover for this imbecile is beyond me. Even they have to realize the longer they cover for this doofus in chief, the more of their credibility they lose.

The Oil Pollution Act of 1990 lays the response squarely on obama. It's part of the job. Running around blaming everybody else is why this is going so badly. He simply is not doing his job.

I doubt it. I think his failure will not be linked to his color, but to his lack of competence, like Jimmy Carter.

Well I say to O why did you give BP an award for safety
and the fact that you did means you can not use your hypothetical trash talk—— Oh thats right the media is in is your back pocket nevermind carry on

Last time we saw such brilliant competence was 1979. Jimmeh Cahtuh was never this whiney, never this ineffectual, never this incompetent.
Compared to Barack Obama, Jimmeh Cahtuh was a titan.

"Compared to Barack Obama, Jimmeh Cahtuh was a titan. " Jimmy was incompetent; Barry is doing it deliberately.

so now I guess he will be threatening to kick some congrass. Blame, threaten. His consistency in those areas are remarkable.

Obama clearly passed healthcare reform and didn’t care that the American people didn’t want it. He passed the stimulus when the American people didn’t want it and he is fixing to use this crisis to nationalize the oil companies and pass capn tax.
Since when does Obama care what anyone wants? What is it about representative government that the clown doesn’t get?
He sounds like a petulant little snot nosed child running around blaming everyone for something he did.

President Barack Obama said Friday that some members of Congress should share the blame
[snip]
The president also implied that anti-big government types such as Tea Party activists were being hypocritical
[snip]
As to accusations that he is not showing enough passion in fighting the oil spill, the president blamed the media. Gotta just love this guy. He's living in a world filled, with the exception of himself, with incompetent fools. He's so gracious and dignified. He truly is The One.

So far as blundering by Presidential administrations go, this has gone WAY beyond Katrina,You overlook that Bush tried to send in the national guard but then Gov. Blanco and the chocolate NOLA mayor refused...until the damage was done. Then Bush was blamed and didn't set the facts straight.
In this case, Gov. Jindal has BEGGED for help from the feds from the get go and has gotten nothing but the runaround!
