The Oil Pollution Act of 1990 lays the response squarely on obama. It's part of the job. Running around blaming everybody else is why this is going so badly. He simply is not doing his job.

We’ve had entire threads covering that act, and the responsibility of the President as outlined in that act, yet having read, scanned all the other posts at this time, I see nobody other than you mentioning it.

Wondering if there are that many here at FR that are unaware of the Oil Pollution Act. Curious.
