SAN DIEGO — Police are investigating the vandalism of a car that displayed support for Arizona’s controversial new immigration law and the Tea Party movement.
The damage was reported Thursday in front of a home on Hispano Drive in Rancho Bernardo , said San Diego police Capt. Terry McManus. The vandal coated the back of the white Subaru with red spray paint and posted a written note with duct tape that criticizes support for former President George W. Bush and states: “No more killing for oil,” according to photos.
There is no suspect information. The vandalism caused an estimated $1,100 in damage, McManus said.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to get a new paint job for my car...this gives me an idea...
They should have bait cars (beaterMobiles) set out in the proper neighborhoods with video cameras trained on them.
We’d get LOTS of biz.
Might be worth it to print up some Support For Arizona bumper stickers and sneakily put them on known liberals’ cars... just for innocent fun, you know.

I went and looked this up, it says $29.95. I could swear he started out at $19.95 then went up to the latter price...I remember because it was a family joke about how quickly he raised the price.

Had a car repainted in the mid 70s by a cheap place, and it didn’t last very long at all.
Even $29.95..just wow. My brother is restoring ‘69 Firebird. Paint job....$8,500
