I'd hate to be Mitt Romney's dog this week.

Funny. Thanks to Sarah, Susana Martinez pulled it off here in New Mexico. Of course Romney came in a day late and a dollar short.

Methinks Mitt is feeling very bad today.

Sarah P sure has gotten a lot of notice from what her endorsements have done, but of course, she's not running, she's just making money, right?

:-)

"But others, including some Republican RINO strategists, say her influence is less substantial."

RINO, aka Romney. Give it a rest Mitt. You ain't gonna be president! Bugger off!

Bottomline is that Palin is on the same wavelength as most of middle & conservative America.

The fact that she is so down to earth, has EXPERIENCE, and most importantly a record of accomplishment seals the deal for most Americans.

the difference between Palin and Mitt for all to see. Palin acts humble not taking credit when she is do. Showing her servant’s heart and happy the message is winning.

Mitt and his buttboys try to tear down Palin and could care less about the message and only look out for themselves.

a Servant for a power mad king wannbe.

Palin vs Mitt it doesn't get any clearer.

even NPR this afternoon had a piece on this acknowledging that Sarah's nominations were disproportionately effective and she only lost a few

and that she endorsed more through twitter and facebook rather than conferences

*in case u are wondering....the place I walk is very hilly and in the hollows NPR 90.3 is the only news-talk I can get and yes like most folks I would like to slap Terry Gross and Linda Wertheimer too

Okay I have been around FR for a while I have a question for you.... Have you ever read a quote from a politician like this...?

“”I think any credit given to me is way overblown because no one individual can tip it one way or another for a candidate,” Ms. Palin told Fox News on Wednesday, when asked if her nod helped tip the scales in favor of women ......”

Have you ever heard a pol say they werent responsible for someone elses success? As God as my witness I have never seen that kind of humility of the 100,000s post I have read.

These people conveniently forget Martinez in their “analysis”.

Martinez was running neck and neck with Weh mid-May, when endorsed by Palin, with most believing it would be a close primary, eg see here ...http://www.nmpolitics.net/index/2010/05/weh-and-martinez-are-neck-and-neck-poll-finds/

She pulled away after the endorsement, and won the primary 51-28!

Of course these were local factors! And the timing was coincidental too! /sarc

I can think of one common factor though ... and I’m sure future GOP candidates, politicians that often spend millions and millions of $s and months and months of time trying to woo a few % of voters will appreciate the seemingly magical power of a Palin endorsement in a primary, and will try to win that support going into 2012, whatever the so-called political pundits write.

“The campaigns that won ran better races than their opponents. It’s that simple,” said Kevin Madden, a Republican strategist and former campaign aide to Mitt Romney, a likely Palin rival if she chooses to run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012”

The Romney spin by the syrupy Romney pretty boy Madden. They are hoping no one notices that Palin snuck in Tuesday night and took the nomination away from Mittens without so much as declaring her candidacy. Iowa secured. South Carolina secured. Game. Set. Match.
