Dear Senator Johanns,
Quoting your recent e-mail update:
"I'm disappointed in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s proposal today to further regulate our farmers and ranchers by subjecting pesticide applicators to new and duplicative requirements under the Clean Water Act. It ignores long-established laws already in place to regulate pesticides and will further burden producers, yet it will have virtually zero environmental benefit."
Senator Johanns, I am compelled to wonder what heights your "disappointment" shall reach when America no longer is distinct among the nations; when that utterly peculiar design of its founders a republic whose government is confined by boundaries of inalienable rights set upon the transcendent laws of God is degenerated to that form universally despised by men too familiar with human misery: that of the privilege-granting absolute state.
Senator, I think it time you depart the arena of "disappointment" and seize the field of combat. I think it time you kindle a raging fire in your belly, gird your loins, and demonstrate a resolve to arrest those whom herald themselves agents of change. I think it time you confront and defeat fascism, rather than negotiate a peaceful coexistence. Senator, there is no need to further the disappointment of futile debate; for the choice is plain enough: Liberty or Tyranny.
Quoting your e-mail:
"...I sent a letter to Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Blanche Lincoln (D-Ark.) urging her to hold one of the upcoming farm bill hearings in Nebraska."
Senator Johanns, if you seriously entertain thoughts that Blanche Lincoln and her ilk of ideologues will relinquish their campaign for absolute dominion over the people, granting you the favor of doing what is best for Nebraska's economic vitality by virtue of some benevolent reprieve from Barack Obama's narcissistic thirst for power and thus acting in America's best intereststhen, Sir, you are indeed a foolish man.
Perhaps when Hell freezes over, Washington's cabal of Fabian fascists and closet Marxists will surrender their usurped power back to the people, where it rightfully is vested by our Constitution. However, I see only a future of 'hard tyranny' and abject poverty for all Americans. I believe such outcome is even now materially accomplished. The Machiavellians of Washington have all but delivered the coup de grace. The government-worshiping demagogues of D.C. have sealed our fate to that of indentured servitude. Their god is power, and power is secured when the people are made paupers. Senator Johanns, if you believe a bargain may be struck with incorrigibly corrupt individuals, such as are the Democrats and their gutless Republican accomplices, then Sir, you are deceived by the Devil himself; but know this: the American people have awoken, and they shall not descend to the gates of Hell willingly.
Quoting your e-mail:
"I look forward to further discussing the pressing issues facing our rural communities."
Discuss to your heart's content, Senatorthe prudent of your constituency are preparing themselves for the coming strifeand that conflict shall write the final chapter in your book of disappointments.
A message to RINOs and the fGOP (formerly Grand Old Party) from God through this poor instrument (me):
Revelation 3:16 “So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.”
Of course, they won’t even begin to understand what that means, or else they wouldn’t be RINOs and it wouldn’t be the fGOP...
LOL - I posted the same... though I was a bit slwer because I was formatting the whole quote.
When, oh, when, will the repubs realize that they are making their own jobs obsolete?
Get out of my MIIIINNNDDDDD! (see the book Dune or the original movie).
LOL, great minds think alike. Of course, that doesn’t explain why you are stuck thinking down at my level...
I must confess looking from afar (Australia) I wondered why, at the last election some would not vote for McCain (a well known RINO). Since that time though it has become quite obvious that there are those in the Republican Party who don’t want to listen to Tea Party people or anyone who may seem more to the right than them. It may be that you have to go through another losing election cycle for these RINO’s to leave or change. Still I hope that the upcoming Senate elections will go the Rep.s way just to slow Obuma and the Demoncrats down a little!
Mel
...sleep deprivation might have something to do with it. ;)
Or it could be that I’ve been arguing (actually it’s more me presenting some argument [as in philosophy] and the other guy spewing out a bunch of crap not addressing my issues) over here [ http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/religion/2524569/posts ] about Sola Scriptura. {#337 & #340 are where I got fed up with the guy.}
