I know many of you dont like Mr. Beck, but as a proud black conservative, I feel an obligation to pass this on. It makes me even more proud to be American than I already was.

Excellent, excellent. When Glenn Beck is good, he can seem irreplaceable. Who else is doing this stuff?

Great show today! Glad I took the time to watch. I learn so much about the history of this great country when I watch Beck.

Now THIS is what should be taught in schools-the many black contributions to our country-instead of multiculturalism.

I have a problem with men who cry? King David wept, Joseph wept; Jesus wept. And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. My Bible says there is a time for everything, in Ecclesiastes 3:4 it says: there is a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance. I wish there were more men like Glenn weeping for America.

real men do cry, ever hear of the phrase? Glenn also weeps at the ongoing destruction of this country by CRIME, INC. and is risking his life to expose it all.

Much of American history has been intentionally obscured. This is just a small segment of it.

You cannot have black success or real achievement outside of victimhood. It isn’t good for the modern plantation.

You’d cry if you knew just how twisted AP US History is. Our elite aren’t getting America’s real history.

They’re watching West Wing and A Few Good Men.

I liked that Beck explained the "three-fifths" constitutional provision. This should be understood by every eighth grader, but an appalling number of people have never heard the true story -- or perhaps they ignore the truth because it does not serve their prejudices. Even former Secretary of State Condi Rice apparently misunderstood the provision. This is from her speech to the Community of Democracies Opening Plenary in Santiago, Chile in 2005:

For nearly a century after the founding of the United States millions of black Americans like me were still condemned to the status below that of full citizenship. When the founding fathers of America said, 'We, the people,' they did not mean me. Many of my ancestors were thought to be only three-fifths of a man.

To her discredit, she repeated the "thought to be only three-fifths of a man" line in other speeches.

She's a smart lady, and she should have known better.

I cry. That is one of the things my wife loves about me. Every time I watch “It's a Wonderful Life”. I used to think it was a stupid movie. But life's changes gave it meaning.

The last time I shed a tear was in re-reading the Declaration of Independence to my kids.

Well I was a little shocked to know it was President Woodrow Wilson who started this revisionist history. God I hope that POS is rotting in Hell for destroying our nation.

I was so proud watching this show. I am American of Mexican ancestry and I felt proud to hear that even Hispanic played a role in the founding of this great nation. Hope Glenn do a segment on that in the future.

I did notice how many American Africans in the audience were gleaming with pride and rightly so, after so many years of revisionist history being pumped to generations about how evil the white man was. I only knew about Fredrick Douglas but never knew about the others.

I was also shocked to that an American African Minister preached to an all white congregation & the first black House Speaker. Wow just amazing.

I hope Former Congressman Barton publish books on each individuals and their contribution to this great nation that seems to be destroyed by the liberal crime syndicate.

White women were considered whole people but they didn’t vote either.

Non slave state politicians who had their own disenfranchised..women, freed blacks, etc, refused to count slaves whole and cede more political power to slave states

it was complicated but given that women couldn’t vote or have same property and inheritance rights I always wondered how come they got counted whole?

when did no property owners period start getting enfranchised?

the problem we have today is that too many who get a free ride vote...on the backs of the producers...

the founders feared this and with good reason

Yea, but they never blubbered on national TV.
Please don't equate these mighty men of God with Beck. I would say Beck weeps for ratings.
