I DVRd the re-play, and hope to get the chance to see it this weekend. Heard from an FRiend that it was a great program, though!
Yeah, I’m not a big Beck fan, either, but he IS doing yoeman’s work educating those who watch his show. For those who are inclined not to believe him, because he’s Glenn Beck, should just search the resources he mentions, and study for themselves!
It was a superb program, thanks for posting the link. Although I like and read up on early American history, I learned a few things. One was Woodrow Wilson canning all black higher level employees, excepting one. Here in my county, we have a HS named after the racist, Fed creating man!
So delighted that someone is taking on the revisionist, divisive history that has been promulgated by those who would like to simply expand the modern day plantation.
Even more delighted at Glen’s audience- folks of all hues and tones will need to join together to kick the bums of both parties out of our Houses this November! [

Excellent point. Really remarkable, how the left was able to co-opt a large segment of the population when you consider that Black Americans were likely just as or more conservative than their white brethren. Consider before the ‘Great Society’ crap, Blacks had a higher marriage rate and lower out of wedlock birthrate than whites.
Not for many libs of many colors. They want to keep racism alive, even if they have to lie about it. In so doing, they churn up plenty of emotion and the very people who vote for democrats are the ones the democrats want to keep down and angry.
It's really sick.
It wasn't about color then, and it isn't about color now. It's always been about character. It's about being an AMERICAN. It's about love of country. It's about courage and determination.

I certainly don’t mean to take away from the important work Glenn Beck is doing as he exposes how the Leftist “Progressives” have systematically re-written and / or wiped out certain ‘inconvenient’ history which doesn’t fit the ‘narrative’ they have carefully worked out and have been relentlessly ‘teaching’ in the public schools, colleges, and universities. We need to make every effort to get the real history into as many hands as possible if we’re going to stop their agenda in its tracks and reverse the inroads they’ve made in our society.
But I have one slight quibble with the way Beck sometimes uses the word, “Founders” and/or “Founding Fathers”. Since his use is not _technically_ correct, it may unnecessarily open him up to criticism.

In other words, Founding Fathers refers directly to a very specific group of people (although I think you could be a little bit flexible and include a little wider group of people). Those who intellectually contributed to the Constitutional convention were the Founding Fathers.”
Thomas Payne and Ethan Allen, for example, were in no- wise intellectual architects of the Constitution. Rather, they were firebrands of the Revolution. Was that important? Sure, they made an important contribution, but they weren’t Founding Fathers. Period.”
