Four conservative activists accused of trying to tamper with the phones in Sen. Mary Landrieu's office have pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of entering federal property under false pretenses.

The most prominent activist, James O'Keefe, was sentenced to three years probation, 100 hours of community service and fined a $1,500 fine. The 25-year-old is known for wearing a pimp costume in a video that embarrassed ACORN.

Magistrate Daniel Knowles III sentenced the three others to two years probation, 75 hours of community service and fined them $1,500.

Amazing audio of ACORN workers advising how to set up under-aged prostitution operation to look like a small school, being "OK" with "induced sexual violence" (on the kids) in order to create 'higher profits', AND confessing to a supposed murder! (the murder never really happened, but obviously there is something seriously wrong with this person)

"With the New Party’s rise and its entanglements with ACORN [Association of Community Organizers For Reform Now] came the rise of Barack Obama. According to Stanley Kurtz, “Acorn is the key modern successor of the radical 1960’s ‘New Left,’ with a ‘1960’s-bred agenda of anti-capitalism’ to match.” And Barack Obama was ACORN’s lawyer."

From Obama's official website:

When Obama met with ACORN leaders in November, he reminded them of his history with ACORN and his beginnings in Illinois as a Project Vote organizer, a nonprofit focused on voter rights and education. Senator Obama said, "I come out of a grassroots organizing background. That's what I did for three and half years before I went to law school. That's the reason I moved to Chicago was to organize. So this is something that I know personally, the work you do, the importance of it. I've been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work.”

ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) is the nation's largest community organization of low- and moderate-income families, with over 350,000 member families organized into 800 neighborhood chapters in 104 cities across the country. Since 1970 ACORN has taken action and won victories on issues of concern to its members, including better housing for first time homebuyers and tenants [Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac scandal! -ETL], living wages for low-wage workers, more investment in our communities from banks and governments, and better public schools.

Why is this even a crime? If taxpayer money is paying for those phones then we should have a right to listen to EVERYTHING that is being said by using them.

That does not sound too heavy . How much time and fine would you get if you stomped Anthony's Weiner into the New York seal in the carpet ?

The President of the United States sells appointments to high offices in return for throwing an election and walks, but a guy walks into a federal office and gets a record on a BS non-charge like this?

And the "Justice" department walks away from thugs with bats outside a polling booth in Philadelphia?

Where's the outrage? If they can do this to us and get away with felonies, who are we?!

I would think that there were a lot of additional tapes that were not shown as a result of this incident. I wonder if Breitbart will start putting them out again.

Seems to me the Resident and plenty of Congress persons have committed the same crime, or worse.

Suspect they are saving them for timely release before the mid-terms. Sure hope so!

About a year ago, Brietbart said he had some pretty hot stuff he was saving to release just before the mid-terms.
