If you doubt, ask a lawyer you know to produce his or her law license and see what they show you? A permit is not a license, in fact a lawyer stands before a court by permission, where an American stands before a court by “Right.”

The aka should have shown up long before he got his license during the background check. I can’t comment on how thorough the check is in IL, but there is one.
The aka wouldn’t necessarily have prevented him from getting licensed as long as it was explainable & not an intent to defraud.
Whatever crazy stuff showed up on his license app, the state bar has broad discretion to approve or deny.
In that day & age, I suspect the IL bar would have been reluctant to deny admission to any minority applicant.
Doing a quick web search, the Collins report was cached a while ago, but no article like this in the cache, site is apparently down. Doing a search in YouTube shows the alleged smoking gun video (Dossier2MP4) was taken down by the author. Either excellent conspiracy theory gone haywire or yet another rabbit hole.

Very good post. His handlers and acolytes in the media cannot allow so much as a single fact to seep out of the dyke that holds back the sea of information that’s been hidden from the public. They know it would lead to a flood of revelations that would bring down his presidency.

I just posted the following on another thread. There are no words can convey my CONTEMPT and DISGUST for the **conservative** media. I doubt there is anything they could do that would restore my trust that the conservative media is honest and forthright. Somethings are just "deal breakers".
I am DISGUSTED with the conservative media. ( Yes, I am shouting, and yelling, and throwing a fit.) These guys are phonies or cowards. Personally, whenever I hear the voice of Rush, Beck, OReilly, Ingram, Medved, Levin, etc. I simply can't get past the fact that they claim to love the Constitution and then IGNORED from the beginning that this candidate Barack Obama likely was not and is not a natural born citizen.
If Rush, Beck, Hannity, and the rest are phonies then when tyranny comes they will sell their talents to the fascist oligarchy. They will spit shine the boots crushing our necks.

While they were campaigning, we found that a court banned her from practicing law but it didn’t give a reason. I didn’t keep the link and it’s not in my freepmail.
