Uh, no. I use a court decision to point out that the kids themselves are citizens, and therefore not subject to deportation.
I am also appalled that some of my fellow citizens find it plausible that a baby born of invaders should have citizenship conferred on it thereby giving the parent a solid foothold in this country.
I am appalled that you really aren't interested in what the law actually is, but would rather things went according to your feeeeelings.
I think it is reprehensible that some of my fellow citizens would cheapen their own citizenship by, not only condoning this practice, but encouraging it by justifying it.
I think it is reprehensible that we have people like you around, for whom the Rule of Law is only applicable when your feeeeeelings don't get ruffled.
I’m guessing you are a FROBL hence the lack of disgust at the invasion of the U.S. and the concurrent dilution of the “American Citizen” by illegals and their anchor babies.
I'm guessing you're a silly twit.
They were not citizens, but were in country by legal entry.
Duncan Hunter, Rand Paul and Tom Tancredo are the only ones who understand this massive problem.
Duncan Hunter should have been the nominee in 2008.
Hopefully, he can use whatever sway he has left in the GOP to lobby for 2012 candidate who understand borders, language and culture.
Good find. I actually did not know that the original intent of the 14th Amendment was being violated. Mark Levin and just about every other radio talker has been zeroing in on the fraudulent interpretation of that amendment today.
Like a lot of Americans, I always thought that the law was being followed, and that we had to do something to get it changed, in order to stop the anchor baby and chain migration problem.
Over the course of the day, I’ve gotten a mini education in how the 14th Amendment is being intentionally misinterpreted to break our immigration laws.
Your earlier posts on the thread were apparently dead on.
idiotic judges don’t get to make law that supersedes the constitution. They are plenty good at making false laws, however.
Before this is all over, a whole lot of abuses that we've come to take for granted are going to be reversed. Times have changed, and the momentum is on the side of the traditional, pro-American right.
We're in the beginning stages of a new revolution that is carrying this country back to its Founding Principles. The ride there may wind up being bumpy, but we're going to get there.
Thanks for the ping. I’m bringing this to BCSCO’s attention for the AFIRE ping list.

cool! Thanks
Has there been any courts that have ruled this way?
While I whole heartedly agree with the sentiment of this interpretation, I do not know that it is true. If it IS true, then any objection to deporting illegals and their born here kids evaporates and would be a Great Good Thing.
But I have not seen it. Indeed, the idea that the kids of illegals are citizens seems to be the interpretation du jour.
I read Liberty and Tyranny but forgot that was in there. I have thought that this was the right path since before Levin’s book. I think that the first time illegals are arrested the children should be shipped to the home country for their country to take care of, the parents should be sent to one year of hard labor, preferrably building a border wall. After one year send them back. All property purchased while here illegally should be confiscated and sold off much like confiscating drug dealers property. If they are caught a second time repeat the process except make it two years hard labor.
Your parents both have to be citizens first to be eligible to be president, that’s why there’s an illegal alien sitting (usurper) in the white house. Who has an allegiance to foreign countries.
