The Democrates can still win in Novemember. In fact, if they paly their cards right, they can get back their super majorities in both houses of congress. Here's how... Just fast track a Bill like this through state legislatures. Bill makes many changes to election law including the following:
1)The bill allows municipalities to set up satellite absentee ballot stations for early voting. These stations apparently could be done in college dorms, outside of bars, or other inappropriate locals.
2) The current open government practice of allowing any citizen to challenge individual ballots would end as monitoring of elections of statewide or national significance would be restricted to people who live within that polling district. Also, if someone is charged with election fraud (which is almost impossible since we do not require a photo I.D.) they can charged $10,000 and up to 3 1/2 years in prison or both. HOWEVER, if someone is charged with voter “intimidation” which could be as easy as standing in a polling place just watching, they can be charged up to $100,000 and up to 3 years in prison or both. I.E. the penalties would be 10 times as harsh if you witnessed voter fraud than they would be for the person committing the fraud!
3) Permanent absentee ballot status would be established in which ballots would be sent to people who historically do not vote in low-turnout elections. Currently, permanent absentee ballot status is restricted to people who are confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity, or disabled infinitely making them unable to get to the polls.
4) University IDs could be offered as proof of residence for registration and voting.
5) Local municipalities will be forced to hire speakers of a foreign language if at least 5% of the adults in their district are not English proficient.
6) The bill proposes to set up a statewide database of voters that the authors said they would hope to link up to a national database and give a “nationally-focused non-profit community organizing group” access to the entire Dept of Transportation database to “help” people register to vote. This database USED to belong only to the State of Wisconsin, but would now be open to groups in the entire country. When the attorney was asked if this meant such an organization could include the Democratic Party, or ACORN and its subsidiaries she admitted those types of groups WOULD apply the way the amendment is worded.
Too wild you say? Could never happen you say? It is happening right now in WI and there is no way to stop it! A couple went in to vote in last tuesday's local election, They were told they had already voted. When they showed ID they were told to leave the polling place. We have had our last election and I didn't take pictures to remember it by.

Your premise is off — it is past time to submit bills in in most if not all legislatures and it would never fly in any state.
Can people face reality there will be an election in November and voter fraud comes from people in the precincts not paying attention to who can vote in their precinct?
Some of us have been yelling on here for years that if you want to stop voter fraud it starts in your very own precinct but it takes work to check out every voter. All the County Chair has to do is request a list of all registered voters by precinct and then get busy checking them out in your precinct.
Simple little detail, but people would rather come up with ridiculous ideas then to find out how to solve voter fraud including becoming a poll watcher on election day.

They have been itching for a rigged POLITICAL fight.
What they’ll get is a ten million-plus armed uprising, where the first targets are politicians. People are pissed. The liberal mind cannot comprehend violent sacrifice in defense of personal values, which is why they haven’t considered this part of the equation except how to exploit it politically.
I would imagine that political gain for ANY politician goes out the window pretty quickly when you become a magnet for snipers and IEDs, and when you’re living at a government building because your house has been burnt down. The pressure for politicians to ignore the radicals in their party and come out on the side of what is best for America would be enormous.
At this juncture, there needs to be a credible threat of succession on the table just to make sure we have their attention.
Members of the Black Panther Party excepted.It's already on the books. They can stand around with clubs and threaten white voters with "you're gonna be ruled by a black man""and never be prosecuted for a crime.
Elections have not been honest in this country for along time. The 'rats have been stealing them in broad daylight and laughing about it. The MN Senate contest, the 2004 WA State governor's election. Hell, it goes all the way back to the brazen out and out theft of the 8th Congressional seat in Indiana back in '84 (look that one up for "creative" ways to steal a seat).
A miracle might do it .
They ARE doing this and all we do is cry...
