From what I have heard, authorities only have a name for the group that sent the letters. They no nothing about the group. One radio report on FOX today said the authorities were not taking it as a serious, imminent threat. So how can the NYT call it an extremist group.

When all is said and done, what if some left wing group sent the letters to simply make a news story?

My Governor got one of those letters. Oh, the lefties are all a-twitter in Madtown today, LOL!

It must be a headfake though, because he’s already announced that he’s done enough damage to our state and is retiring...and taking his $2 million dollar war chest with him into the sunset...

I can’t vouch for Napolitano’s band of clowns but if this “group” actually exists, the FBI knows about it.

Not only know about it, have infiltrated it--or soon will.

What part of them is extreme?

Granted, I haven't researched them - but I don't see where they are much different than what Patrick Henry spoke about with regards to the tyrannical British.

Yup! If there is anyone out there still doing their job, it’s the FBI. IMHO.

The group has a wide open public website, its "screed" is available online, and a leader of the group is a radio talk show host in Texas. 04_DeclarationSample.pdf

Nothing worse than in any of the other letters I’ve sent over the past eight years, LOL!

Don’t know what all the hullabaloo is all about. ;)
