Nope. The person who I speak of had one glass of wine, was pulled over had alcohol breath and was arrested.
Its up to you to believe it or not.

I know a person who got a DUI when she left a party, decided not to drive and was sitting in her friends drive way. The keys were in the ignition, so according to the police she could have driven. Anyway, she was given a DUI, and it will be on her record till the end of time.

I think you mean a .08. But still your comment is true. The individual would have had to down more than 8 ounces of wine in under an hour to get this reading ( unless it was a very petite woman under 95 pounds)
