Yes, but not so big to get a .07, even lower in some states.
Name one state that has a DUI threshold below .08 ( be sure it is in the united states). Unless you are talking about under aged drinking and then there is a ZERO tolerance.
Fact is that a .07 is what you blow if you weigh 100 punds and slam 8 ounces of wine in hour. ( that is two properly poured glasses of either red or white).
Too many think that a ‘glass’ of wine should be at least 8 or 10 ounces and they are WRONG
