I know a person who got a DUI when she left a party, decided not to drive and was sitting in her friends drive way. The keys were in the ignition, so according to the police she could have driven. Anyway, she was given a DUI, and it will be on her record till the end of time.

It won’t be on her record ‘til the end of time’. DUI with no injuries involved drop off your record in 7 to 10 years ( depending on the state). If you injured someone, then it stays on.

Moreover she shouldn’t have gotten behind the wheel of a car in the first place. There is a that the campaign slogan is “Don’t Drink and Drive”

I have yet to meet the person who actually correctly estimates the impapirment caused by the alcohol they drink

The cops had GUNS so they COULD HAVE shot her!

She also had the ability to be a prostitute. Why wasn't SHE arrested for THAT as well?

SOMEbody needs to get SUED!
