I prefer the constancy (and lack of butt-kissing) from the he sucks on day one columnist myself. But how many of those were there? Krauthammer and VDH?
Then you quickly get into the related radio commentator, book author and blog turf - Rush, Corsi, Malkin. But not many others shouting the alarm from the rooftops.
Peggy’s face (and brain) can be turned by a pretty face. Serious, objective observers are NOT surprised at where the Obama administration finds itself.
Obama won the Independents by promising over and over, a new day of transparnecy, openness and ethics in government. At which he is a total abject failure. The Obamanites misread the support for clean government as an endorsement for government-dictated healthcare and the slow-as-mollasses “stimulus.”
When it comes to reforming Washington, Pelosi is wearing Obama’s pants, and Reid is eating his lunch. And since listening is not one of his skill sets, President Yak-Yak is going to be the last man in America to figure this out.
Peggy Noonan, a ship with no rudder or sails.
And taking on water.
Peggy couldn’t pull the lever for Palin: female jealousy.
Totally agreed. Krauthammer is really all you need.
Yes, it was Thatcher. Hard to believe, isn't it?
She got caught up in the hype becuase she was never a Reaganaut. She was always a political hack...getting paid to write speeches for whomever she worked for. Money over morals.
The “progressives” have been on a warpath againt the “little people” since they rose to power in GOP circles—started out right on some issues but went horribly wong when the demagogues among the dems took over.
They simply want the educated and enlightened to rule...under the guise that they are “elected” by citizens.
At some point the citizens become the proles.
