Wtf.
What a complete moron! What does he know about God’s will? All children are a miracle, and none are punishment.
Gee I wonder if the Lib Drive By’s will make a big deal of this?? Of course.....
Indeed.
You should not change the headline of the article..
So are retarded state legislators.
Wonder what VA did to deserve him?
and none are punishment.

3. I’ve seen several versions of this today. Question still remains as to whether or not this is being accurately reported. For example The Washington Post was there and they did not report this, even though they can’t stand Bob Marshall.
If he said it, he’s a fool. But I think we owe him the courtesy of responding to the charge first.
This imbecile needs a primary opponent!
So who sinned, Sarah Palin or her disabled baby Trig?
“RICHMOND State Delegate Bob Marshall of Manassas says disabled children are God’s punishment to women who have aborted their first pregnancy.”
I don’t image Bob has all that much scientific data to back up that claim.
Shameful, if he really said it. I’ll hold out that the media may be twisting his words.
IF IT IS TRUE then it is just as catastrophically stupid as other similar “punishment” statements made by even more famous people.
I hope he has more sense than this.
I know you’re new here, but this is not the “Richmond News Leader.” There’s no such paper.
This is the “Staunton News Leader” and they’re not known for being impartial or necessarily accurate.
Finally, please don’t change/edit the titles when you post.
So, according to State Delegate Bob Marshall, God punishes women with a disabled child for aborting their first child in the womb....This guy is eligible for immediate acceptance as a muslim.
If it is Bob Marshall count on the press misrepresenting what he really said.
Sounds like this legislator and Pat Robertson would have gotten along. I bet he thought the Haiti earthquake was a judgment from God, too, and 9/11.
John 9:1-3a
“As He passed by, He saw a man blind from birth.
And His disciples asked Him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he would be born blind?”
Jesus answered, “It was neither that this man sinned, nor his parents;”
Luke 13:4
“Or do you suppose that those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them were worse culprits than all the men who live in Jerusalem? “
