The headline and the reported comments are not exactly synonymous.
I noted that the reporting of Sanger’s eugenics philosophy was understated, to say the least.
Interesting thoughts about the firstborn issue. I am not sure that there may not be something to the idea of judgment on a nation that suffers such a thing to go on.
