Leftists want power. And their movements are led by people who want power and narcissistic supply. They undoubtedly imagine that the Tea Party movement is a machine constructed by a malignant narcissist like one of themselves. They imagine they can “strike at the shepherd” and the sheep will scatter.

I don't recall Clinton's OR being that effective in getting the goods on Obama during the primary. This bears watching but mark me down as skeptical.

They have no clue. The Tea Party is not the real power of anything. It is the American people. I hope the Clintonistas continue their war on the Tea Party.
The Democrats have no idea what is happening in America right now.
This is precisely why the Tea Party movement should remain decentralized grassroots. Less of an obvious target to pursue.

Another tactic that the DNC, Obama and Clinton are planning to use during the Midterms is the usual “Republicans threaten Social Security and Medicare funding” tact. They are going to point to what Chris Kristy does in New Jersey and spin it in a very negative light (E.G. Republicans hate poor people, minorities, and the elderly; and only like big business.)
Expect lots of very negative news stories out of NJ over the next couple of months over Kristy’s cuts, and expect them to use these to attack Republicans nationwide.
Oh and it is Rham “Dead Fish” Emmanual and the head of the DNC who are going to do the attacks, using the Clintons as cover.
