When Astroturf is really Astroturf: Phony Grassroots PAC Reveals Massive Covert 527 Network
Right Side News ^ | February 15, 2010 | Jim Simpson

Tea Party groups have been called everything by our illustrious leaders in Washington: "fringe," "wingnuts," "lunatics" and famously, "Astroturf" by none other than Queen "Stretch" Pelosi Herself. But the true astroturfers are all on the Democrat side of the ledger, from Obama advisor David Axelrod, who became synonymous with Astroturfing as a prominent PR executive, to their busloads of "paid volunteer" Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and ACORN flunkies storming Tea Party rallies.

But the latest in the Democrat's increasingly transparent Astroturf campaign is an organization which personifies the word: http://www.theteapartyisover.org/. Presenting itself as a group whose mission is to "...prevent the Tea Party's dangerous ideas..." you know, the really subversive ones like lower taxes, state's rights and limited government, "from gaining legislative traction." They call the widespread belief in Obama's blatantly socialistic tendencies

I haven't seen that at tea parties (They're cowards) but they did quickly plan a rally two hours before our protest outside my congresscoward's office in July. The online version of our local paper was running a story about supporters outnumbering us by more than two to one before our protest was even due to begin. They finally corrected the story when photos surfaced of them getting off buses from Detroit and Muskegon. (well outside the district)

Good job!
Getting pictures of them de-barking and/or boarding buses when they come to disrupt our demonstrations is the way to go. The SEIU has a webstore where anyone can purchase SEIU T shirts, jackets etc. Might prove helpful when taking their pictures getting back on a bus with its destination board in view.

The modern American version of the Hitlers SA?

All that is required to start the street fights is to continuation of the Obama destruction of the Economy (that will expand joblessness) and then one of his and Axelrod’s STOPWHATEVER.ORG groups “parachuting” in and inciting violence.

Then - we will be on the precipice of Germany in the early 30’s.

CHANGE you can COUNT on!!??

I’m a strong believer in infiltration. Having a background in the unions helps. The only problem is that industrial unions aren’t nearly as ideological or as ideologically pure as the SEIU and related groups.

Greed and jealousy are great tools to use. Recently I managed to place myself among some SEIU members and began to whine about how the “UAW looks down on us service workers” and the “teacher’s unions treat us like a servant class”. I was informed that the UAW won’t exist for long because America will be an SEIU nation. They’re really quite cultlike.

There are rifts that can be exploited and ripped wide open even within single unions. A lot of industrial union members aren’t thrilled with their own leadership and the way union dues are used and handled. You might be surprised at how many union members resent the forced collection of union dues from their paychecks.

The thing to remember is that you should never claim to be a union member because you’ll be outed just like the guys who falsely claim a background in the military. Its better to claim to be an admirerer or union hopeful than being outed as a liar. The UAW types don’t scare me but the SEIU crowd is nuts and dangerous.

A week ago I got an email from Mitch Stewart asking me to write a letter to the editor of my local newspaper about health care. And before writing that letter he wants me to sign up on the barackobama.com web site so I can receive my talking points. Here is the link:
http://my.barackobama.com/FinishTheJob

This last weekend I received an email from Mitch Stewart bragging, “In just the last 3 days, OFA volunteers like you have pledged an incredible 4,000,000 (and counting!) hours to support members of Congress and candidates who fight for real health reform.”

“SEIU has a webstore where anyone can purchase SEIU T shirts”

We don’t REALLY want to do this, but what if a bunch of Tea Party folks bought SIEU t-shirts and went publicly in favor of the Tea Party ideas? So, they get called out for not actually being SEIU -— to which the response is “we just bought the t-shirts just like the protesters that got bussed in for the other side”.

All it would cost is a few bucks and a bunch of integrity.

I forget sometimes that you can’t hear the inflection that says that it is not serious when you type something, but I did preface this with “We don’t REALLY want to do this” -— no, I’m not advocating actually impersonating SEIU, but rather wishing we could publicly “call them out” for their antics.
